A few helpful answers as you decide which level of planning support is right for you.
The best time depends on the level of support you need. Full-service planning is most effective when we begin approximately 12 months before the wedding. Partial planning typically begins around nine months out, while wedding day management begins approximately three months before the celebration. If your date is closer, we still encourage you to reach out so we can discuss availability and the support you need.
The Envy Élite Experience provides comprehensive guidance from the early planning stages through the wedding day. We assist with priorities and budgeting, venue and vendor selection, design development, vendor communication, logistical planning, timelines and wedding day execution. This experience is designed for couples who want a trusted professional managing both the details and the larger vision.
The Envy Elevated Experience is designed for couples who have already made progress but want professional guidance completing decisions, organizing details and keeping the planning process on track. The Envy Finale begins closer to the celebration and focuses on final logistics, vendor coordination, timeline management and carrying out the plans already in place.
Yes. Envy Event Planning serves couples throughout Colorado and beyond, including Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Larkspur, the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado’s mountain communities. We also plan destination celebrations when the location and scope are the right fit.
Begin by scheduling a private consultation. We will learn about your celebration, priorities and the level of support you need, then recommend the planning experience that best fits your wedding. Your date is officially reserved once the service agreement is signed and the required retainer has been received.
