Katie Hatcher, Owner of Envy Event Planning
At Envy Event Planning, we don’t believe in templates, hollow packages, or one-size-fits-all celebrations. We partner with a select number of clients each year so every event receives our full attention, creativity, and care. Your ideas are the starting point. Our role is to refine them into something intentional, seamless, and unforgettable.
Envy Event Planning is led by founder Katie Hatcher, a Colorado native with more than 18 years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what makes an event truly work behind the scenes. Before founding Envy, Katie spent nearly two decades planning and producing weddings and events for an established planning firm, where she led the execution of hundreds of celebrations across venues, guest counts, and design styles. While those events were produced under that company’s brand, the expertise, vendor relationships, and planning approach she developed there are the very foundation of the Envy experience today.
As a certified wedding planner, Katie has guided more than 700 weddings, 300 corporate events, and 100 private celebrations, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions. That depth of experience brings a level of calm, confidence, and precision clients feel from the very first conversation.
